REQUIREMENTS FOR REGISTRATION OF MANUSCRIPTS OF MATERIALS

 

The article should be submitted to the editor in electronic and printed form. Articles must be signed by the authors indicating the email address and place of work. An abstract and keywords should be attached to the article, the UDC is indicated

Illustrations should be inserted into the text, figures - numbered, provided with captions. Additionally provide illustrations in a separate folder (.zip)

When preparing materials, the following formats should be used:

a) text materials must be typed in Microsoft Office Word, paper format - A4;
b) page parameters: top margin - 3 cm, bottom - 6.7 cm, left - 3 cm, right - 4.5 cm;
c) font: Times New Roman, font size - 12 kg, article title - 12 kg, captions - 10 kg;
d) single line spacing;
e) first line indent - 1 cm;
f) the width of the tables must NOT exceed 13.5 cm

Illustrative material should be submitted in the following formats: TIFF, JPEG, PNG. The size of the drawings in width should NOT exceed 13.5 cm. The drawing should be of GOOD quality, with CLEAR BOLD lines (for diagrams), without inversion, unnecessary backgrounds, defects and errors

The exponents in the formulas must be typed below (subscript) or above (superscript) the line of letter designations to which they refer

Formulas are typed in Math Type (preferred) or formula editor Microsoft Office Word; Latin letters must be italicized, Greek and Russian letters must be in roman type (not italicized), vectors must be in bold

The materials of the article are accompanied by expert opinions on the possibility of open publication in print (by mail) or in electronic (scanned)

Units of measurements and letter designations of physical quantities must meet the requirements of GOST 8.417-2002 "GSI Units of quantities", terms - the relevant standards

The list of references should be drawn up in accordance with GOST R 7.0.100-2018 “Bibliographic record. Bibliographic description. General requirements and rules of drawing up "

The reports proposed for consideration for publication in the journals "Measuring Technique" (indexed by Scopus and Web of Science) and "Bulletin of Metrologist", included in the list of the Higher Attestation Commission, are submitted сwith a review in English/strong>

Abstracts are expected to be published by the beginning of the conference.

REGISTRATION FEE

Registration (organizational, mandatory for all participants) fee is 20 000 rub. (including 20% ​​VAT) and includes the costs of:
  • a set of handouts, including a collection of conference materials;
  • delivery by road from Kryukovo railway station or Khovrino metro station at the request of the participant;
  • lunches, coffee breaks for 3 days, gala dinner;
  • accounting software - an agreement, an acceptance certificate, an account for each participating organization.
 

PAYING ADDITIONAL SERVICES

  • demonstration (exhibition) of exhibits - 15 000 rub. for a standard area (3m2);
  • publication of advertising on the pages of the Conference Program and in the collection of abstracts of reports -12 000 rub. for one A4 sheet.

Participants can stay in the hotel of the Park-Hotel Morozovka, as well as in other hotels near the conference venue (accommodation is booked and paid independently):

TRANSPORT CONNECTION

  • Metro "Khovrino"
a special bus from the metro to the Park-hotel "Morozovka" (and back). Exit from the metro station "Khovrino" №5, parking lot near the store "Magnet". On the bus there will be a special sign "Conference" Morozovka ", at the metro exit will be met by an employee with a sign:" Conference "Morozovka". The beginning of the movement is at 08:30 (back at approximately 19:00);
 
  • Railway transport:
by electric train from the Leningradsky railway station to the Kryukovo station, the journey takes about 1 hour. Participants will be provided with transport from the Kryukovo railway station to the Park Hotel Morozovka and vice versa: delivery by minibus from the Kryukovo station from 08:30 to 09:30 (back approximately at 19:00). At the Kryukovo station, an employee will meet with a sign: “Morozovka Conference”;
 
  • Personal vehicles:
by car, you can drive to the Morozovka Park Hotel on Leningradskoye Shosse from Moscow (41st km), keep right at the Rzhavka turn (on the understudy), turn right at the Defenders of Moscow monument (Bayonets monument), turn right under the bridge towards Zelenograd, move to the left turn onto Lyalovskoye Shosse, then go straight ahead 3 km to the Morozovka Park Hotel checkpoint and follow the signs for Conference to the main building. To pass the car into the territory, it is necessary to inform the Organizing Committee of the number and make of the car, as well as the name of the passengers.
