 BASIC RECOMMENDATIONS FOR PREPARING MATERIALS

 LINKS

All references will, if possible, be linked electronically using CrossRef. Therefore, it is very important that all links are accurate and carefully formatted, using the recommendations below, so that the materials are available online with minimal delay.

A full link should provide the reader with enough information to find the relevant article published in print or electronic form, and should, depending on the type of link, consist of:
  • name (s) and initials;
  • publication date;
  • the name of the magazine, book or other publication;
  • titles of journal articles may also be included (optional);
  • volume number
  • editors, if any;
  • city of publication and publisher in brackets for books;
  • page numbers.

For this publication, please use the Vancouver numerical system, where links are numbered sequentially throughout the text. Numbers are enclosed in square brackets, for example [2], and a single number can be used to refer to this link in several places in the text. References are presented in numerical rather than alphabetical order.

There should be a 5 mm gap between the reference number (for example, началом [8] ') and the beginning of the reference text.
The second and subsequent lines of individual links must be indented 5 mm.

For instance:
[1] Aderhold J, Davydov V Yu, Fedler F, Klausing H, Mistele D, Rotter T, Semchinova O, Stemmer J and Graul J 2001 J. Cryst. Growth 222 701

  • Authors should indicate a surname (only the first letter with a capital letter), followed by initials without dots after the initials. Authors should be separated by a comma, with the exception of the last two, which should be separated by the symbols “and” without a comma before it.
  • The title (if indicated) must be in lowercase letters, with the exception of the first letter, and must follow the date.
  • The name of the journal is in italics and abbreviated. If the magazine consists of several parts indicated by different letters, then after the magazine the letter of the part, for example, of the Latin type, should be inserted.Phys. Rev. A.
  • Whenever possible, both start and end page numbers should be indicated. The end page number should be in the shortest form and separated from the start page number by ‘-‘, for example. 1203-14, that is, the number "12" is not repeated.
  • СLinks to printed journal articles. A regular magazine article link contains three font options:

Element

Style

Authors, date

Roman type

Article title (optional)

Roman type

PREPARATION FOR PUBLICATION

 ANNOTATION

These guidelines (set out in the recommended format for published materials) summarize the basic requirements for published materials. Materials will not be edited, corrected or changes to the layout; the submitted PDF will be used both for online and for printing. Thus, the author is responsible for the correctness of the content and layout - after publication, changes cannot be made.

  • Email addresses can be specified for each or for all authors.

  • Annotation follows a list of addresses. The text of the annotation should be indented 25 mm from the left margin. Since the annotation is not part of the text, it must be completed on its own; no numbers of tables, numbers of figures, references or displayed mathematical expressions should be included. It should be suitable for direct inclusion in the abstraction service.

TEXT

The text must start on the same page as the annotation. Any confirmation should be placed immediately after the last numbered section, and any attachments after the confirmation section. Restrictions are provided by the conference organizer.

There are no restrictions on the use of color in the online version of materials. However, it should be remembered that any printed version may be black and white, which may make it difficult to distinguish between color lines.

ADDITIONAL INVESTMENTS

Authors may submit additional contributions to improve online versions of published materials. Additional attachments usually consist of additional data, such as data files, additional information tables, or additional figures.

LINKS

Online links will be linked to their original source or to an article in an additional service such as INSPEC or ChemPort, where possible. To facilitate this connection, particular care should be taken when preparing bibliographies.

The full link should provide enough information to find the relevant article in print or electronic form. If you are not sure about the abbreviated name of a particular magazine, it is best to leave it completely. Designations loc. cit. and ibid. should not be used.
